The nurse (Cassandra) was extremely helpful and quick.
It was difficult to get an appointment however - perhaps it would help if I could have called in to check whether there were slots before coming up.There was a 3 hr period where I could not wait at the clinic but also couldn't go home.

I liked that they were very helpful in arranging appointment giving info about the procedure.
The waiting needs to be improved I had apt at 9:45 am and left at 12:34 pm.

Really friendly staff.Made me feel at ease.
Non-judgmental and welcoming environment.
Only concern is wait time, I came in at 2 and only available slot was at 6.
Nurse was great-Cheryl.
